Engineers would like to see the following spec: luminous flux in lumens, beam angle, beam distribution, CRI, CCT, power factor, warranty, in addition to the meaningless power in watts.
For LED tubes, it's desirable to mention whether the power supply is internal or external, and its power factor and efficiency, in addition to the aforementioned specs.
