The 62nd Electronic Components and Technologies Conference (ECTC), which took place May 29-June 1, 2012, featured over 300 peer-to--peer papers in 36 tracks, including 9 sessions devoted to 2.5D, 3D TSV and 3D IC technologies. This year's event drew a crowd of over 900 attendees, an almost record number. The highlight of the event is always the Gala Reception, and here are some memorable moments from the evening.
