InfoNeedle offers a comprehensive set of venue locations and capabilities, enabling event planners to easily produce online events and communities of all kinds and sizes.
Similar to a physical event, a virtual venue could consist of an entrance, lobby, networking lounge, resource center, forums, conference center, and exhibit hall, all configured by the event organizer. All locations are designed to offer an interfactive and engaging experience for the attendees. Unlike one-time webinars and stand-alone virtual meetings, this solution allows hosting multi-day, multi-session live events, with social networking, private buyer-vendor interactions and commerce, all integrated into one engaging online experience.
Attendees participate in virtual events at their own time, at their own pace and in their own language. Once registered and authenticated, attendees can attend live presentations and view on-demand sessions.
InfoNeedle functionality is grouped as a series of modules: Event Center, is the core module, with Conference Center and the Exhibit Hall being add-ons. Custom modules can be developed per customer requests, leveraging all the functionality in the Event Center and the other add-on modules.
Event Center
This module provides the core capabilities for any online event community. It includes key venue locations, entrance, lobby, resource center, forums, networking lounge, plus core content management and interaction features. Detailed attendee activity tracking with comprehensive organizer reports and analytics are part of this core as well.

Conference Center
Conference Center is an extensive add-on module. It extends any event into an online symposium. The Conference Center offers tools to create, promote and host any number of webinars and live or on-demand webcasts. Each session can be configured with its own group chat and twitter board for virtual attendee engagement.

Exhibit Hall
This module allows administrators to setup exhibits and attendees to locate exhibits of interest and "walk through the aisles". An attendee can engage exhibit staff with private chat, access collateral, and view on-demand product demonstrations. An exhibitor can invite attendees to private demos, offer scheduled webcasts and group chats with key company staff, otherwise not easily accessible to an attendee at a physical show floor.
