Robert Petrossian
Founder and CEO
Robert is a twenty-year veteran of the software industry. He has founded two startups, leading them from inception to acquisition by publicly traded companies. Most recently, Robert was the CEO of Siderean Software, a venture backed Software Company, delivering next generation information access solutions. He was previously the COO of Integrien Corporation, the leader in Integrity Management software solutions. Prior, Robert served as the VP of Strategy and Business Development at I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNY), a Contract Management software company. Prior to I-many, Mr. Petrossian was the co-founder and CEO of Menerva Technologies, a venture backed enterprise software company focused on developing Contract Management applications for Fortune 2000 companies. Robert received his M.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his B.S. degree from Tufts University.
Raphael Mehrbians
COO
Raphael has over 25 years of marketing and executive management experience in high tech and semiconductor industries. His experience spans leadership roles from early stage startups to publicly traded companies. Most recently, Raphael has served as strategic consultant to a various private and public companies. Prior to that, Raphael was Sr. Vice President of Marketing at Genesis Microchip, a leading fabless semiconductor company with focus on flat panel TVs, where he managed over 120 people multi-national group responsible for all product planning, marketing and application engineering activities in the company for over 5 years. Prior to Genesis Microchip, Mr. Mehrbians has held key management positions at several companies including Lexar Media, Cirrus Logic and National Semiconductor. Raphael received his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Tadao Kurosawa
Board Member
Mr. Kurosawa is a seasoned veteran of the semiconductor industry. He was most recently Chairman of Hitachi Chemical Co., America. From 1994 to 2004, he served as President and CEO of the Hitachi Chemical Co., America. Prior to that, Mr. Kurosawa served in a number of key executive roles at Hitachi Chemical, Hitacon USA and Hitachi Condenser Co., both in US and Japan. Mr. Kurosawa serves on the Board of a number of technology companies and continues to consult for Hitachi Chemical Co., America. Mr. Kurosawa received his graduate degree from Chuo University, Japan.
Boghos Petrossian

Mr. Petrossian has over 20 years of senior management experience in corporate strategy & business development, and supply chain strategy & operations, working for global Financial Institutions including JP Morgan Chase, MetLife, as well as Industrial and Utility companies including Total / Petrofina and Sigma-Kalon (Bain Capital company) in Europe and the U.S. Mr. Petrossian was a founding member of the Mitchell Madison Group a leading global management consulting firm for Fortune 500 companies (A.T. Kearney spin-off). Boghos has also held senior executive positions including Managing Director at Roads Solutions Group; CEO, board member and advisor to start-ups in contract management, voice recognition, electro-optics and RFID. Mr. Petrossian has Master of Business Administration from MIT-Sloan School of Management, Master of Science in Communication and Control Theory, and Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Michigan.
